I noticed some loose bricks at the top of my chimney. I called 3 companies to request quotes. The first company said they didn’t do free inspections, so they were marked off my list. I hired this company because my chimney was clogged with old bird nest and leaves. I didn't know that there was a problem because I don't use the fireplace often. That week I was about to have guests and I tried to light a fire and something got very wrong. Suddenly the entire room was filled with smoke.
